ABOUT ME

I began my career as an independent filmmaker, wherein my research partner and I travelled across Canada to interview young activists on how they are perceived in the media (Project Uprooted).

From there, I continued running filmmaking workshops, beginning a program called Making A Scene working primarily with LGBTQ+ youth. I also directed a documentary called The Legend of Sing Hey, and co-directed and edited the film The Ceremony, for the Next 150 project by Cinema Politica (alongside director Taina Da Silva).

I have recently completed a Master's at Concordia University, culminating in my thesis project, Climate Futures, a 360 degree exploration of a future Montreal under climate change.

I'm based in Montreal currently, and continue my work in freelance videography, editing, and working to create digital media content for research hubs/projects at Waterloo, Concordia and McGill.

Right now I work at the Community Digital Arts Hub! Check us out!
